Quality Verification
Upload clear images or a short video of the product if it arrived damaged or leaked, allowing our quality control team to verify the issue and approve your request.
Reverse Pickup
Once approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your address; please ensure the product is securely packed in its original box to prevent further damage during transit.
Refund Processing
After the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund will be credited to the original payment method or issued as store credit within 5-7 business days.
